运用问卷调查法,对我国职业足球队教练员岗位培训的专业能力状况进行了全面深入的调查,并运用因素分析对所得数据进行了统计学处理,目的在于建立我国职业足球队教练员岗位培训教学目标体系,为岗位培训内容的确立提供依据。结论显示:我国职业足球队教练员岗位培训教学内容体系主要包括六个方面的内容,其中控制训练过程的能力是教练员培训教学内容的核心,而控制比赛过程的能力和教育管理能力是重要内容,交流沟通能力、自我管理和调节能力和科研能力是次要内容。
Using questionnaire survey, this paper conducted a comprehensive and in-depth investigation on the professional competence of coaches in professional football teams in China and conducted statistical analysis on the data obtained by factor analysis. The purpose is to establish the teaching of post training of coaches in professional football teams in China. Target system, to provide the basis for the establishment of job training content. The conclusion shows that the teaching content system of job training of professional football team in our country mainly consists of six aspects, of which the ability to control the training process is the core of the training content of coaches, and the ability to control the process of competition and the ability of education management are important contents , Communication skills, self-management and regulatory capabilities and research capabilities are secondary content.
