水稻移栽前在本院试验场土壤10cm的表层中施用不同量的化学氮肥,研究铵态氮浓度对分蘖的发生及终止的影响。试验结果表明:分蘖总量与土壤溶液中的铵态氮浓度呈极显著的正相关(r=0.9327);当铵态氮浓度调节至100-120ppm时移栽,能促进主茎3个左右低节位分蘖的正常发生,土壤铵态氮浓度逐步降至30ppm左右时,上位分蘖的发生则自然终止,从而控制了最高苗峰,提高了成穗率。为高产稻作前期合理施肥、促控分蘖提供了依据。
Before transplanting, different levels of chemical nitrogen fertilizer were applied to the surface layer of soil 10 cm in the test field of the hospital to study the effect of ammonium nitrogen concentration on the occurrence and termination of tillering. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between total tillering amount and ammonium nitrogen concentration in soil solution (r = 0.9327). When ammonium nitrogen concentration was adjusted to 100-120ppm, transplanting could promote about 3 lower main stems When the node tillering occurs normally and the concentration of ammonium nitrogen in soil gradually drops to about 30ppm, the occurrence of the upper tillering terminates naturally, so that the highest seedling peak is controlled and the earing rate is increased.
