目的探讨医院消毒供应中心人员面对污染的物品、化学消毒剂、高温环境和机器噪音等的危害因素的预防措施。方法回顾性分析2008年9月～2010年9月消毒供应中心职工面对锐器刺伤、噪音、高温和潮湿、紫外线、化学液体、气体、血液、体液、分泌物污染的医疗用品的应对措施。结果我院按照规定,安装合格的设备、上岗前培训,要求严格遵循消毒供应中心流程,持续加强防范对策,保护员工的身体健康。结论加强职工的自我防护意识,预防疾病的传播是保证消毒供应工作安全高效的关键。
Objective To investigate preventive measures against the hazards of contaminated items, chemical disinfectants, high temperature environment and machine noise in hospital disinfection supply center. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the response of medical staffs in the disinfection and supply center from September 2008 to September 2010 on the medical supplies contaminated with sharp stab wounds, noise, heat and humidity, ultraviolet light, chemical liquids, gases, blood, body fluids and secretions . Results According to the regulations, our hospital installed qualified equipment and pre-employment training. It strictly followed the procedure of disinfection and supply center and continued to strengthen prevention measures to protect employees’ health. Conclusion Strengthening staff awareness of self-protection, prevention of disease transmission is the key to ensure safe and efficient disinfection supply.
