党的十八大明确提出,到2020年要全面建成小康社会,基本实现教育现代化。国家和我省的中长期教育规划纲要明确把基本实现教育现代化作为十年规划的总目标、总任务。从2015年开始,教育规划纲要进入第二个五年实施期,基本实现教育现代化进入全面攻坚阶段,目前,我们面临的最大挑战就是如何实现这个总目标,完成这个总任务。
The 18th National Congress of the CPC made it clear that by 2020 it is necessary to fully build a well-off society and basically realize the modernization of education. The mid- and long-term education plan for the country and our province clearly defines the realization of education modernization as the general objective and the general task of the 10-year plan. Starting from 2015, the educational planning outline has entered the second five-year implementation period, and basically realizing the modernization of education has entered a stage of overall tackling. At present, the biggest challenge we face is how to achieve this overall goal and accomplish this overall task.
