随着信息时代的到来,知识经济的发展,终身教育已成为当今社会教育的主旋律。加强农村教育工作,必须大力提高教师队伍素质。面对教育终身化的社会大环境,农村教师终身化教育存在着许多难题有待尽快解决。当前,农村教师的继续教育陷入低效高耗的窘境,造成了农村中小学教师队伍素质亟待提高的被动局面。远程教育因其受众面广、资源丰富等特点,是解决农村教师继续教育问题的良好途径。
With the advent of the information age and the development of knowledge economy, lifelong education has become the main theme of today’s social education. To strengthen rural education, we must vigorously improve the quality of teachers. Faced with the social environment of lifelong education, there are still many problems to be solved in the lifelong education of rural teachers as soon as possible. At present, the continuing education of rural teachers falls into the dilemma of low efficiency and high consumption, which leads to the passive situation that the quality of primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas needs to be improved urgently. Because of its wide audience and rich resources, distance education is a good way to solve the problem of continuing education for rural teachers.
