本文的目的是比较渐开线链轮滚刀与三圆弧—直线链轮滚刀在滚削性能方面的优劣,为逐步推广渐开线链轮滚刀提供科学实验的依据。实验研究表明:渐开线链轮滚刀在滚削时的最大主切削力矩比三圆弧—直线链轮滚刀平均降低20%,切削功率平均减少9%;刀具耐用度平均提高70%,相对磨损率平均减少44%。采用渐开线链轮滚刀可提高滚削生产率和刀具耐用度,并可延长机床寿命及降低加工成本,有着明显的经济效益。
The purpose of this paper is to compare the pros and cons of involute sprocket hobs and triple arc-linear sprocket hobs in terms of hobbing performance and to provide a scientific basis for the gradual promotion of involute sprocket hobs. The experimental results show that the maximum main cutting torque of involute sprocket hobs is 20% lower than that of the three arc-linear sprocket hobs, the average cutting power is decreased by 9%, the tool durability is increased by 70% The relative wear rate decreased by 44% on average. With involute sprocket hob can improve hobbing productivity and tool durability, and can extend the life of the machine and reduce processing costs, with obvious economic benefits.
