目的:了解我院使用的中药注射剂不良反应情况,便于临床上跟更好地使用。方法:收集我院使用的中药注射剂出现的不良反应进行分析,统计,归纳。结果:我院使用的20个品种的中药注射剂中,有9个品种出现不良反应,不良反应的症状有8类。结论:中药注射剂在临床使用过程中,如注意配伍,使用剂量,滴注速度,患者个体差异等问题,其不良反应的发生率可大大降低。
Objective: To understand the adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine injections used in our hospital and to facilitate better clinical use. METHODS: The adverse reactions occurred in Chinese medicine injections used in our hospital were collected for analysis, statistics, and induction. Results: Of the 20 varieties of TCM injections used in our hospital, 9 were found to have adverse reactions and there were 8 types of adverse reactions. Conclusion: In the course of clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine injections, such as attention to compatibility, dosage, infusion rate, patient individual differences and other issues, the incidence of adverse reactions can be greatly reduced.
