登革热是由B组虫媒病毒引起的急性传染病。虽然发病机理尚未充分阐明,但患者毛细血管及周围小动脉的内皮细胞肿胀及血管内和血管周围的其他病理损害则是肯定的。我们观察了23例病人的甲皱微循环,现简要报道如下。一、方法 1.病例选择:均为1986年10~12月本院收治的广州市内登革热病人。其中男11例,女12例,年龄最大67岁(1例),最小8岁(1例),其余为20~46岁。患者临床表现典型,血清学检查登革热IgG均为阳性。 2.分组:病例组分三期观察:①起病期,从起病至第3~5天内,临床有明显的高热头痛
Dengue is an acute infectious disease caused by the group B arbovirus. Although the pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated, endothelial cell swelling in capillaries and peripheral arterioles, and other pathological lesions both intravascular and perivascular, are confirmed.
