案例回放本刊2005年第6期《会诊台》刊载案例反映:某老国有企业,在上世纪90年代初,因经济效益不好,有部分职工离开企业自谋生计。有请了长假的,有没有请假但和单位打过招呼的,有招呼也没打就自行离开单位的。在过去的10多年中,他们没有和单位联系,单位也没有和他们联系,对与他们的关系, 单位也没有作任何的了断。他们多数人的档案仍存在单位。现因单位改制,他们找到单位,要求单位支付他们这些年的生活费,为他们补办社会保险,并补缴社会保险费。
CASE REPORT Issue 6, 2005 “Consultation Desk” The published case study shows that an old state-owned enterprise had some employees left their own businesses for their livelihood due to poor economic returns in the early 1990s. Have invited a long vacation, there is no leave but the unit greeted, hello did not fight on their own to leave the unit. In the past 10 years, they did not contact with the unit, the unit did not contact them, and their relationship with the unit did not make any cut. Most of their files still exist units. Now because of the unit restructuring, they found the unit, asked the unit to pay for their living expenses over the years, re-submit them for social insurance, and pay social insurance premiums.
