重症肌无力(MG)是累及神经-肌肉接头处突触后膜上乙酰胆硷受体(AchR)的自身免疫性疾病。1976年始用放射免疫测定(RIA)、1980年始用ELISA测定MG病人血清中AchR Ab。 作者应用ELISA测定25例经病史、查体、新斯的明试验,和部分经肌电图重复电刺激试验,确诊的MG病人,24例对照者(其中12例为正常献血员,12例为非MG神经科病
Myasthenia Gravis (MG) is an autoimmune disease involving the acetylcholine receptor (AchR) on the postsynaptic membrane at the nerve-muscle junction. Radioimmunoassay (RIA) was started in 1976, and serum AchR Ab in MG patients was measured by ELISA in 1980. The authors used 25 cases of history of medical examination, examination, neostigmine test, and some by electromyography repeated electrical stimulation test, the diagnosis of MG patients, 24 cases of controls (12 cases of normal blood donors, 12 cases of Non-MG neuropathies
