就业中民族身份歧视是阻碍少数民族公平就业的重大障碍,这是多民族国家普遍面临的问题。就业中的民族身份歧视可分为制度性、个体性以及结构性就业歧视三种类型。在就业实践中,无法避免少数雇主的民族偏好和不均衡的社会经济结构所造成的民族就业歧视问题。民族就业歧视本身产生于竞争的人力资源市场,在当前条件下,仅仅依靠市场竞争机制与经济增长并不能充分保障各民族公平就业。在全面推进依法治国的大背景下,完善相关法治体系并有效施行可以为少数民族公平就业提供法治保障。
Ethnic identity discrimination in employment is a major obstacle to the fair employment of ethnic minorities, which is a common problem facing multinational nations. Ethnic identity discrimination in employment can be divided into three types: institutional, individual and structural employment discrimination. In the employment practice, it is impossible to avoid ethnic employment discrimination caused by the ethnic preferences of a few employers and the unbalanced social and economic structure. Ethnic employment discrimination itself arises from the competitive human resources market. Under current conditions, relying solely on the market competition mechanism and economic growth will not fully guarantee the fair employment of all ethnic groups. Under the background of promoting the rule of law in an all-round way, perfecting the relevant legal system and implementing it effectively can provide legal protection for ethnic minorities in fair employment.
