高校育人工作中最重要的组成部分是基层学生党组织建设工作,这是一项复杂的工程,需要不断创新、与时俱进,学生党组织的组织、思想等怎样改进和强化,以便于基层学生党组织充分的发挥核心和战斗堡垒的作用,该问题需要我们深入的研究和探讨。本研究以沈阳体育学院大学生党员作为调查对象,从学生党员中抽取200名党员,发放调查问卷,回收有效问卷197份。通过问卷了解基层学生党组织的建设现状及存在的问题,分析基层学生党组织建设的影响因素,并有针对性地提出对策和建议,以期为沈阳体育学院基层学生党组织的建设提供借鉴。
The most important component of educating people in colleges and universities is the construction of grass-roots student party organizations. This is a complicated project that requires continuous innovation and keeping pace with the times. How to improve and strengthen the organization and ideology of student party organizations so that Grassroots student party organizations to fully play the core and the role of battle fortress, the issue requires our in-depth study and discussion. In this study, college students in Shenyang Institute of Physical Education as the object of investigation, students from the party members drawn 200 members, the issuance of the questionnaire, 197 valid questionnaires were recovered. Through the questionnaire, we can know the status quo and existing problems of the construction of grassroots party organizations, analyze the influencing factors of the construction of grassroots party organizations, and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions in order to provide reference for the construction of grassroots student party organizations in Shenyang Institute of Physical Education.
