目的了解在用杀虫剂对兰州铁路局旅客列车德国小蠊的敏感性和致死效果。方法药膜接触法。结果K591/2旅客列车德国小蠊对三氟氯氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯的抗性系数分别为2.88、2.16;K43/4旅客列车德国小蠊对三氟氯氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯的抗性系数分别为4.96、12.35。K591/2德国小蠊对三氟氯氰菊酯致死效果下降率最大,达90%,其次残杀威为53.3%;K43/4野生品系对残杀威、三氟氯氰菊酯致死效果下降率均为40%。结论旅客列车德国小蠊对高效氯氰菊酯、三氟氯氰菊酯己不同程度产生了抗药性,残杀威致死效果下降率较大,可考虑减少使用。
Objective To understand the sensitivities and lethal effects of pesticides to German cockroach in Lanzhou Railway Administration. Membrane contact method. Results The resistance coefficients of Blattella germanica to cyhalothrin and beta-cypermethrin in K591 / 2 passenger trains were 2.88 and 2.16, respectively. The resistance coefficients of Blattella germanica to cyhalothrin and beta-cypermethrin in K43 / 4 passenger trains were 4.96 and 12.35 . The killing rate of cyhalothrin K591 / 2 to Blattella germanica was the highest, reaching 90%, followed by 53.3%. The mortality rate of propoxur and cyhalothrin in K43 / 4 wild strain was 40%. Conclusions The German cockroach in passenger trains has different levels of resistance to beta-cypermethrin and cyhalothrin, and the lethal effect of prophylactic killing can be reduced.
