江泽民同志在党的十五大报告中指出:「反对腐败是关系党和国家生死存亡的严重政治斗争。」「坚持标本兼治,教育是基础,法制是保证,监督是关键。」「把党内监督、法律监督、群众监督结合起来,发挥舆论监督的作用。」由此可以看出,遏制腐败现象,监督是关键。我们要在党委统一领导下,依靠群众的支持和参与,充分发挥监督的关键作用,坚决遏制腐败现象的发生。
