建筑企业大多属于野外作业艰苦的流动单位,项目分布点多、面广、战线长。因此,如何加强和改进流动党员的教育管理,使流动党员能够在流动中及时参加党的组织生活,接受党组织的教育、管理和监督,充分发挥党员的先锋模范作用,始终保持党的先进性,是新形势下建筑企业党建工作不容回避的难点问题。在此,笔者作如下几点探讨.一、建筑企业内流动党员现状与存在的问题现状:由于建筑企业长期野外艰苦作业及点多、面广、战线长等特点,目前在建筑企业内流动党员呈现出流动的数量更多、流动的范围更广、流动的时间更长的特点。
