本文用TGA和DTGA法,研究了桑蚕茧的热分解动力学。所得结果表明,在50~620℃的范围内、■气流中桑蚕茧丝的热分解反应分成两个阶段。开始分解温度为210℃左右,第一阶段热分解反应速率达极大值时,对应的温度为320℃左右,其动力学参数:E_1=245.2kJ/mol,n_1=3,动力学方程为-1n(1-α)=kt~3;420℃左右时,开始第二阶段,约在570℃处反应速率再次达到极大值,至600℃左右时,热分解反应基本完毕,这阶段的动力学参数E_2=74.7kJ/mol,n_2=0。
In this paper, TGA and DTGA method to study the silkworm cocoon thermal decomposition kinetics.
