为研究乙型病毒性肝炎之免疫机理,我们建立了玫瑰花结形成试验测定了病毒性肝炎病人外周血液中之乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原结合淋巴细胞(ABL)。发现ABL在各型病毒性肝炎病人中的分布有一定的规律性,外周血液中ABL的含量与血清中HBsAg及抗-HBs之滴度改变有一定的关系,这一发现有助于我们进一步从细胞免疫水平上认识慢性乙型病毒性肝炎病人之免疫耐受。免疫制剂的应用提高了外周血中ABL的含量,看到了使用免疫治疗打破免疫耐受的苗头。
To study the immunological mechanism of hepatitis B virus, we established a rosette formation assay for the determination of hepatitis B virus surface antigen-binding lymphocytes (ABL) in the peripheral blood of patients with viral hepatitis.
