对高温合金GH30、奥氏体不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti板材疲劳试件应力集中部位进行了激光冲击处理,比较了原始试件在激光冲击处理后疲劳寿命的变化。结果表明:激光冲击处理后,两种材料的疲劳寿命均有明显的提高,但提高幅度在不同的加载系数下有较大的差异.
The laser shock treatment was carried out on the stress concentration sites of high temperature alloy GH30 and austenitic stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti plate, and the variation of fatigue life of the original sample after laser shock treatment was compared. The results show that the fatigue life of both materials increases obviously after laser shock treatment, but the amplitude of increase is different under different loading coefficients.
