通过对近８０年来台湾地震和大陆汛期降水分布的分析，得出台湾弱震年对应着江淮流域多雨，长江的大涝年均出现在弱震年． Through the analysis of the distribution of precipitation in Taiwan during the past 80 years and the flood season in the mainland, it is concluded that the weak earthquakes in Taiwan correspond to the rainy season in the Jianghuai Basin, and the flood years in the Yangtze River all occurred in the weak earthquakes.
