Based on the analysis of H.332 standard system and its functional structure, this paper proposes a new VoiceoverIP (Voice over IP) extension architecture for security and network service control functions, which has the following features: authentication and authorization mechanism To prevent users from being spoofed; service control functions to prevent network services from being stolen; link control functions to prevent network congestion
