被告人管志诚,男,59岁,北京市人,捕前系首都钢铁公司北京钢铁公司党委书记。被告人于惠荣,女,31岁,北京市人,捕前系首都钢铁北京公司钢铁公司联合经销处调运科运输计划专业员。系管志诚姘妇。被告人杨娣,女,24岁,北京市人,原北京市石景山区苹果园幼儿园保育员,1988年辞职,捕前无正当职业。系管志诚姘妇。此案是北京市东城区人民检察院在办理北京军区后勤部工厂局一挪用公款案时深挖出来的。

This case was dug by Beijing People’s Procuratorate when handling the case of embezzling public funds in the factory bureau of Logistics Department of the Beijing Military Region.
