机械采油多用有杆泵抽油机,其中游梁式抽油机就是有杆抽油机系统的地面装置。这种抽油机的结构相对简单,制造和维修都比较容易,所以在各大油田广泛使用。游梁式抽油机在使用时随着油田开采年数的不断增加故障率增加,常见问题就是驴头开裂,给采油作业带来安全隐患。本文针对游梁式抽油机驴头开裂的问题进行分析,提出相应的预防措施,保障游梁式抽油机的安全运行。
