本文通过对20具成人尸体的脊髓节进行了测量研究,得出下述结果: 1、脊髓长度的平均值为44.12厘米。脊髓各段的长度及其占总长度的比值和与坐高的自身比值都呈现胸段>颈段>腰段>骶段>尾段的规律。 2、脊髓各节的长度都不相同。 3、在整个脊髓中除尾节脊髓外,其它各脊髓节的左右径均大于前后径。 4、脊髓后根的根丝数:颈段、腰段各平均为6根;胸段平均为5根;骶段平均为4根。在相邻二节脊髓后根的根丝之间有联系(交通支),可分三种类型。
In this paper, 20 adult cadaveric spinal cord sections were measured and studied, the following results were obtained: 1, the average spinal cord length of 44.12 cm.
