作者依据1992年公安部颁布的《中华人民共和国公共安全行业标准(GA35-92》及有关规定,运用VISUAL BASIC 4.0 FOR WINDOWS语言编制成可发行的《道路交通事故伤残评定辅助系统》软件,它能完成对评残案件中几十种信息的存储、查询、统计、编辑、测览;能按公安部统一标准打印评定书;能依据用户输入的损伤部位、器官、程度等指标完成辅助评定.大大增强了各种信息的利用率,提高了伤残评定工作的科学性,有利于总结经验及进行回顾性研究.
Based on the “Public Sector Safety Standard of the People’s Republic of China (GA35-92)” and the relevant regulations promulgated by the Ministry of Public Security in 1992, the software is compiled into an issuable “Aid System for Traffic Accident Disability Assessment” using VISUAL BASIC 4.0 FOR WINDOWS Can complete the evaluation of dozens of cases of disability in the storage, query, statistics, editing, browsing; according to the unified standard of the Ministry of Public Security to print assessment books; can be based on user input damage parts, organs, degree and other indicators to complete the auxiliary assessment. Greatly enhance the utilization of various information, improve the scientific evaluation of disability, is conducive to summing up the experience and retrospective study.
