2013年4月3日上午,北京市经过公开竞争脱颖而出的15位市属三甲医院领导与媒体见面。这是作为担任市属21家公立医院“总教练”重任的市医管局成立之后,选拔出的医院领导者首次公开亮相。截至目前,北京市已经公开选拔三甲医院领导,公立医院“管办分开”改革实现了医院人事任免制度的改革,从过去单纯的组织任命转变为公开选拔,更多有志于此的医务工作者有了公平竞争的机会、展示能力的舞台。
On the morning of April 3rd, 2013, Beijing’s top three city leaders of the top-three hospitals who met through open competition met with the media. This is the first public appearance of a hospital leader selected after the establishment of the city’s HA as the company’s 21 “public coaches”.
