我厂以前吊装集装箱方法:每吊装一次,操作人员需上下爬箱两次,即安装和拆卸吊钩。因10t箱需要四角平衡吊装,所以,人在箱顶上安装拆卸吊钩时,站立、行走很不安全。为此,我从实践中摸索到以集装箱顶部每个角件上面的63mm×124mm椭圆孔定位,四角中心尺寸为2810mm×2360mm。又以角件侧面的63mm×73mm长圆孔吊装孔,设计了10t箱专用半自动吊装架。使用起来安全可靠,可提高工效5倍以上。
Previously, I hoisted the container factory method: Each hoisting once, the operator must climb up and down the box twice, that is, to install and remove the hook. To this end, I groping from practice to the upper corner of each container angular 63mm × 124mm oval hole positioning, four corners of the center of the size of 2810mm × 2360mm. And angle pieces side of the 63mm × 73mm long hole hoisting holes designed 10t boxes for semi-automatic lifting rack. Safe and reliable to use, can improve ergonomics more than 5 times.
