记得是1993年年初的事了.尚是冬雪飞飘的日子,朋友们就骂我“热血沸腾得不知东南西北了”——我已获准作为唯一的一个随队记者去珠穆朗玛采访.这是中国登山协会和台湾山友40多年里的第一次合作,联合攀登珠峰.此行的意义是自不待言的,而台湾山友也渴盼圆一下世界最高峰的辉煌之梦.我真是热血沸腾地跑到中国登协去,先了解一下台湾方面的有关情况.当听到此行唯一的一位女性竟是台湾方面的队长时,我大吃一惊.连我去都得准备好遗书,做好了被高山反应折腾死的准备,一个四十六七岁的女人,还是队长,要带很多人,行吗?

Still winter snow fly days, my friends scolded me, “I do not know passionate north-south” - I have been allowed to be the only one with the team reporter to visit Qomolangma. This is China Mountaineering Association and Taiwan’s Hill Friends for the first time in more than 40 years of cooperation, jointly climb Mount Everest. When I heard that the only woman on the trip was actually the captain of the Taiwan side, I was shocked. Even I went to prepare a suicide note and did my best Alpine response tossing death preparation, a 46-year-old woman, or captain, to bring a lot of people, okay?
