对列车运行图的均衡性评判标准进行了研究，提出了偏差和偏差离差作为衡量列车到发均衡的两个指标并建立了相应的计算方法。在此基础上建立了相关指标模糊决策矩阵，并通过建立相关指标权系数，采用分层划一方法对列车运行图均衡性的综合评判。
The criterion of the balance of the train operation chart is studied. The deviation and the deviation deviation are proposed as two indexes to measure the train-to-train equilibrium and the corresponding calculation methods are established. Based on this, the fuzzy decision matrices of related indicators are established. The comprehensive evaluation of the train operation plans’ equilibria is established by using the stratified and uniform method by establishing the relevant index weight coefficient.
