目的:检测伴(N+)和不伴(N-)颈部淋巴结转移的喉鳞状细胞癌(LSCC)组织中泛素的表达情况,探讨其与LSCC颈部淋巴结转移及其他病理参数的相关性。方法:通过免疫组织化学技术结合中国体视学图像分析系统检测泛素在19例LSCC(N+)与20例LSCC(N-)组织的表达水平并作t检验、方差分析、ROC曲线等统计学分析。结果:泛素在LSCC(N+)与LSCC(N-)中的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);其表达水平与是否伴颈部淋巴结转移有关,与年龄、烟酒嗜好史、临床分期、原发部位等均无关。结论:泛素在LSCC(N+)中的表达明显上调,提示其可能是参与LSCC发生淋巴结转移的重要分子之一。
OBJECTIVE: To detect the expression of ubiquitin in the tissues of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) with and without (N) lymph node metastasis and to investigate the correlation between the expression of ubiquitin and lymph node metastasis of LSCC and other pathological parameters . Methods: The expressions of ubiquitin in 19 cases of LSCC (N +) and 20 cases of LSCC (N-) tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry and Chinese stereological imaging analysis system and analyzed by t test, ANOVA, ROC curve and other statistics analysis. Results: The expressions of ubiquitin in LSCC (N +) and LSCC (N-) were significantly different (P <0.01). The expression levels of ubiquitin were related to whether they were associated with cervical lymph node metastasis, Staging, primary sites have nothing to do. CONCLUSION: The expression of ubiquitin in LSCC (N +) is significantly up-regulated, suggesting that it may be one of the important molecules involved in lymph node metastasis in LSCC.
