采用抗PCNA单克隆抗体PC10,对96例乳腺良恶性病变组织进行免疫组化表达研究。其中乳腺增生性病变31例,乳腺非典型增生15例,乳腺癌Ⅰ级12例,Ⅱ及23例,Ⅲ级15例。结果显示:PCNA染色强度指数良性病变为39.80,非典型增生40.71,Ⅰ级乳腺癌54.58,Ⅱ级66.83,Ⅲ级108.74.各级乳腺病变之间可见差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。表明PCNA指数与乳腺病变及乳腺癌组织的分级有密切关系。
The anti-PCNA monoclonal antibody PC10 was used to study the immunohistochemical expression of 96 cases of benign and malignant breast lesions. There were 31 cases of hyperplasia of breast, 15 cases of atypical hyperplasia of mammary gland, 12 cases of grade I breast cancer, 23 cases of grade II and 15 cases of grade III. The results showed that the benign lesions of PCNA staining intensity index were 39.80, atypical hyperplasia 40.71, grade I breast cancer 54.58, grade II 66.83, grade III 108.74. There was a significant difference between breast lesions at all levels (P<0.01). It shows that PCNA index is closely related to the classification of breast lesions and breast cancer.
