本文根据对不同浓度的羧甲基纤维素(CMC)的水溶液和食盐水溶液冷却曲线的测定,对其冷却特性、冷却机理进行了分析探讨,在此基础上,选定了两种浓度配比,进行了使用性能试验和实物试验。试验表明:CMC可以大幅度地改变水的冷却能力,并可以用加入不同数量的NaCl来改善其冷却特性。选定的配比,一可以代水,一可以代油。采用新介质,淬火件变形小、硬度高而均匀,机械性能好。无毒、无臭、无烟、不燃,易清洗,劳动条件好,成本低。
Based on the determination of the cooling curves of aqueous solutions and aqueous salt solutions of carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) with different concentrations, the cooling characteristics and cooling mechanism were analyzed and discussed.
