全国卫生与健康大会强调,要坚持正确处理政府和市场关系,在基本医疗卫生服务领域政府要有所为,在非基本医疗卫生服务领域市场要有活力。这为我国健康服务业健康发展指明了方向。健康服务业属于非基本医疗卫生服务领域,其发展固然要有活力,但不等于要求其产业化发展。近期,我国一些地方公立医院改制与健康服务产业发展步伐加快,这是自2013年国务院发布《关于促进健康服务业发展的若干意见》后国家陆续出台
