目的出生缺陷儿给社会和家庭带来很大负担,甚至不堪重负。使家人和孩子长期处在极度痛苦中。对我区2011年出生缺陷围产儿的分析,找出我区今后控制和预防出生缺陷妇保工作的重点。方法通过我区2011年7984例围产儿的情况,分析33例围产儿出生缺陷的各项比例。结果我区围产儿出生缺陷受文化和居住地的影响明显,神经管畸形占首位。结论加强农村知识普及,提高保健意识。认真做好孕前增补叶酸、产前筛查、常规产检,加强三级预防工作,是我区预防和控制出生缺陷儿出生的关键。
The purpose of birth defects to society and families have a heavy burden, or even overwhelmed. Long-term family and children in pain. My district 2011 birth defects perinatal analysis, to find out my area in the future control and prevention of birth defects in the focus of women’s health. Methods Based on the 7,984 cases of perinatal children in our district in 2011, the proportions of 33 cases of perinatal birth defects were analyzed. Results My birth defects in perinatal area were significantly affected by culture and place of residence, with the highest incidence of neural tube defects. Conclusion Strengthen the popularization of knowledge in rural areas and raise awareness of health care. To do a good job pre-pregnancy folic acid supplementation, prenatal screening, routine health inspection, to strengthen tertiary prevention, prevention and control of birth defects in our region is the key to the birth of children.
