一、问题提出笔者身处农村完中校,学生来自各乡镇,高中班级寄宿生人数超出总学生数的一半,我们深深体会到,寄宿生的行为习惯决定校风校纪,寄宿生学习成为学校教学成绩的重要影响因素,寄宿生管理具有相当的重要性。但是当前农村高中寄宿生现状并不容乐观,受到社会、家庭因素的影响,加上青春期学生心理因素以及当前网络泛滥的影响,高中寄宿生行为规范仍存在以下问题:1自制力差,卫生存在问题;2个别同伴关系紧张,难以很好融入集体;3学习习惯差,学习自觉性缺失;4少数存在不受约束,违反学校纪律等。 First, the problem raised I was in rural areas finished school, students from all towns and high schools, the number of boarders in more than half of the total number of students, we deeply understand that the behavior of boarders determine the school ethos, boarders to become the school’s teaching achievements Important influencing factors, boarders management is of considerable importance. However, current status of boarders in rural high schools is not optimistic. Due to social and family factors, coupled with the psychological factors of adolescent students and the current flood of networks, the following problems still exist in the code of conduct for senior high school boarders: 1 poor self-control and health problems; 2 Individual peer relationship is difficult to integrate well into the group; 3 poor learning habits, lack of learning consciousness; 4 a small number of unconstrained, in violation of school discipline.
