大量非疫区人群到江洲滩易感地带活动是急性血吸虫病感染(以下简称急感)大幅度增长的主要原因。为探索这类人群急感防治对策,我们于1992年对安徽省当涂县江心乡彭兴、泰兴洲滩外来人口及疫区本地人口急感情况进行了调查分析,结果如下。
