各位理事、各位代表: 首先我代表几位副会长、常务理事、秘书长,对大会对我们的信任,推选我们担任学会的领导工作表示衷心的感谢! 中国卫生经济学会从1981年8月成立筹委会,1982年12月正式成立,到今年已有10年的历史,可以说中国卫生经济学会是在卫生改革和建设中产生和成长的。过去10年,学会在历届会长季宗权同志、谭云鹤同志、郭子恒同志和各位副会长、常务理事的领导下,团结广大会员群众,共同努力,做了许多有益的工作,推动了卫生经济研究的进展。在探索具有中国特色的社会主义卫生经济理论,为卫生改革提出经济理论指导等方面,积累了丰富的经验,取得了一些突破性
