城市地铁车站施工过程中所面临的难题之一就是交通疏解问题,城市发展地铁的主要目的就是利用城市地下空间解决城市交通压力和改善市民出行。面对车站施工过程中交通压力大的路段,如何解决交通疏解问题是施工方案敲定的关键。成都地铁7号线太平园站为解决佳灵路与武阳大道交叉路口关键城市道路的交通压力,车站结构施工局部采用盖挖施工;盖挖施工过程中钢管柱施工工艺采用TDR全回转施工工艺既提高了人工定位的工效又保证了安全。文章针对此工程实例,阐述了TDR全回转插桩技术的机理和工艺特点,以及在城市地铁车站施工中的应用效果。
One of the problems in the process of urban metro station construction is traffic control. The main purpose of metro development in urban areas is to use urban underground space to solve urban traffic pressure and improve public travel. Facing the traffic pressure during the construction of the station section, how to solve the problem of traffic control is the key to finalize the construction plan. Chengdu Subway Line 7 Taiping Park Station In order to address the intersection of Jia Ling Road and Wuyang Avenue, the key urban road traffic pressure, the construction of the station structure using partial cover construction; cover digging construction process of steel pipe column using TDR full rotary construction technology It not only improves the ergonomics of manual positioning but also ensures the safety. In this paper, for the example of this project, the mechanism and technological characteristics of TDR all-rotary bored pile technology are expounded as well as the application effect in the construction of metro stations in the city.
