建筑施工技术管理是建筑业中一项基础性的管理工作,优化建筑施工技术管理能有效提高建筑施工效率,同时还能在保证质量的基础上将施工成本降低。随着近年来经济的持续发展,建筑行业也得到了快速发展,同行业间的竞争日趋激烈,所以很多建筑企业为了提高市场竞争力都在不断对建筑施工技术管理进行优化。本文主要分析了建筑施工技术管理中存在的一些关键问题,并提出了优化策略,以此来提高建筑企业的市场竞争力。
Construction technology management is a basic management work in the construction industry. Optimizing the construction technology management can effectively improve the construction efficiency while reducing the construction cost on the basis of ensuring the quality. With the sustained economic development in recent years, the construction industry has also been developed rapidly, with the increasingly fierce competition among industries, so many construction companies in order to improve market competitiveness are constantly on the construction technology management optimization. This article mainly analyzes some key problems existing in the management of construction technology and puts forward the optimization strategy to improve the market competitiveness of construction enterprises.
