报道了经小鼠静脉注射甲氨蝶呤微球剂和溶液剂后,肺组织中甲氨蝶呤浓度随时间的变化。同时对照了两种制剂对小鼠肺部S180的治疗作用。结果发现微球组肺中药一时曲线下面积为溶液组的7倍,并且微球组对小鼠肺部S180细胞的抑制作用明显比溶液组为好。
The changes of methotrexate concentration in lung tissue over time after mice were given methotrexate microsphere and solution were reported. At the same time, the therapeutic effect of two kinds of preparations on mouse lung S180 was compared. The results showed that the area under the curve of lung medicine in the microsphere group was 7 times that of the solution group, and the inhibitory effect of the microsphere group on the lung S180 cells in mice was obviously better than that of the solution group.
