用比浊法研究三种蝮蛇抗栓酶注射剂对大鼠和家兔血小板聚集的影响,结果表明蝮蛇抗栓酶注射剂在试管内浓度0.045u/ml 时对大鼠和家兔血小板聚集无明显抑制作用。静脉注射蝮蛇抗栓酶注射剂1u/kg 对家兔血小板聚集有明显抑制作用。尤其是蛇岛蝮蛇抗栓酶注射剂抑制作用最为显著。
The turbidimetric method was used to study the effects of three kinds of Agkistrodon antithrombus injections on platelet aggregation in rats and rabbits. The results showed that platelet aggregation of rats and rabbits was absent when the concentration of the anti-thrombus enzyme injection in vitro was 0.045u/ml. Obvious inhibitory effect. Intravenous injection of acupuncture antithrombotic enzyme injection 1u/kg significantly inhibited platelet aggregation in rabbits. In particular, the inhibitory effect of snake island anti-thrombus enzyme injection was the most significant.
