当前,职业学校要开展好职业道德教育,必须了解职校学生的思想品质特点。职校学生大多是中考后普高落选的线下生,这批学生在初中阶段基本属于“双不管生”,即一是教师不管,认为他们没有上高中的希望,因而只要他们不打不闹就可以;二是家长不管,这些学生往往在初一时成绩尚可,到初二成绩下降,初三成绩跟不上,家长对孩子已失去信心。这些学生到职校后,思想品德素质具有如下特点:
