康熙盛世是中华民族不断发展壮大,走向强盛的重要时期。笔者根据清康熙五十八年《博兴县志》作了一些探索研究。用一句话可以概括：当时博兴经济发达,文化繁荣,社会环境安定,人民生活富足、美好,是博兴历史上较好的时期之一。博兴县历史久远而厚重。利城、村高、曹家等处的龙山文化古遗址,充分证明了远在4000多年前,博兴县这块古老的土地上就闪现出了东方文明
