近年来,疆内众多建筑企业通过了公认的质量体系认证,迈出了以质量求发展的可喜的第一步。然而,旧有的质量管理模式依然根深蒂固。有的企业管理,在很大程度上依赖于企业主要领导者的素质水平,有些企业忽视了“硬件”即“质量”体系建设。要真正把质量体系落实到各项工作中,必须对以下三个方面在认识上有所澄清,并采取相应对策。
In recent years, many construction enterprises in Xinjiang have passed the recognized quality system certification and taken a gratifying first step towards quality development. However, the old quality management model is still deeply rooted. Some enterprise management depends largely on the quality level of the main leaders of the enterprise, while some enterprises neglect the construction of the system of “hardware” or “quality”. To truly implement the quality system into all kinds of work, we must make some clarifications on the following three aspects and take corresponding measures.
