在航空工业中,车间或仓库内常有不同材料牌号的成品或半成品互相混杂的情况,混料将造成材料,工时等方面的巨大浪费。为了杜绝混料事故,除加强企业管理外,还采用种种方法进行分选。对于航空产品成品零件或半成品零件进行材料分选的方法,应该是无损的和可靠的,并尽可能简便、迅速。目前一般是采用“硬度检验法”、“热电分类法”以及“涡流分选法”。用涡流法分选材料较其他方法优越,值得推荐。
