麻醉器材有效的管理是保证急救和手术顺利进行的重要环节,目前麻醉器材的管理方法,国内外尚无统一规定、现将我院采用的方法介绍如下。1 麻醉器材的管理1.1 麻醉器材消毒灭菌后放在指定位置由专人负责保管、科室建立使用制度,从而保证麻醉手术顺利进行。1.2 硬膜外穿刺包,硬膜外导管等,使用后放到指定位置,由专人负责清点、清洁、消毒。消毒后的硬膜外穿刺包,存放于消毒敷料间内并定期检查。1.3 用来装麻醉器材的各种容器,由专人负责清洗、消毒、消毒液定期更换。
