目的比较注意障碍、多动综合征(ADHD)就诊儿童老师和家长的心态。方法分别调查348例前来ADHD门诊就诊儿童的父母和老师,采用DSM-Ⅲ-R的ADHD诊断标准。结果在所有348名儿童中,由老师和家长共同建议就诊者仅占49.4%。由老师和家长共由建议就诊者其ADHD阳性率要明显高于单独由老师或家长建议就诊者,且病情较重。在服药态度上,教师和家长也不太相同。结论注意障碍、多动综合征就诊儿童教师和家长的心态不一样,儿童ADHD的诊断应结合老师和家长两方面所提供的资料。
Objective To compare the mentality of children teachers and parents with attention deficit hyperactivity syndrome (ADHD). Methods 348 cases of parents and teachers who came to ADHD clinic were surveyed, and ADHD diagnostic criteria of DSM-Ⅲ-R were used. Results Of all 348 children, only 49.4% of the patients were recommended by teachers and parents. The suggested positive rate of ADHD by teachers and parents was significantly higher than that recommended by teachers or parents alone, and the condition was severe. In the attitude of taking medicine, teachers and parents are not the same. Conclusion attention disorder, hyperactivity syndrome treatment of children teachers and parents is not the same mentality, diagnosis of children with ADHD should be combined with both teachers and parents to provide information.
