石油工业部于一九八○年九月和十一月先后召开了“炼油厂球罐技术安全会议”和“球罐施工技术讨论会”。这里汇集了这两个会议上提出的《炼油厂球罐开罐检查要求》、《炼油厂球罐安全生产紧急措施》、《炼油厂在用球罐缺陷处理的暂行规定》、《炼油厂新建球罐暂行规定》、《球罐订货技术条件》、《球形容器施工及验收暂行技术规定》等六个技术文件,删去了其中关于具体工作进度安排的内容。
The Ministry of Petroleum Industry held “Refinery Spherical Tank Technology Safety Conference” and “Spherical Tank Construction Technology Seminar” in September and November 1980 respectively. Here are gathered at these two meetings of the “refinery spherical tank canning inspection requirements”, “oil refinery emergency production safety measures”, “the refinery tank ball defects in the Provisional Regulations”, "New refinery Provisional Regulations on Spherical Tanks, Technical Requirements for Ordering Spherical Tanks, Provisional Technical Regulations on Construction and Acceptance of Spherical Containers, and deleted the contents about the schedule of specific work.
