10.5亿元中央财政拨付云南彝良地震救灾资金10.5亿元记者从中国财政部获悉,中央财政9月8日拨付云南省地震救灾和恢复重建资金10.5亿元,以帮助受灾地区开展救灾救济和恢复重建工作。财政部有关负责人表示,此次拨付的资金主要用于受灾群众紧急转移安置、过渡性生活救助、向因灾死亡人员家属发放抚慰金及倒损住房恢复重建;公路、通讯、水利、教育、卫生等基础设施应急抢修,以及地震受伤人员医疗救治等方面的支出。
