电炉15T钢包喷吹稀土硅钙混合粉剂获得明显的冶金效果:脱氧率达35%,脱硫率为60%,喷后[S]为0.002~0.005%,稀土的有效利用率为60%。经喷吹后钢中夹杂物数量明显减少,分布(氵弥)散,形态全部球化。16MnRE喷粉钢热轧12mm板材,其综合机械性能得到改善,特别是冲击韧性成倍提高:横向V型冲击值ak(常温)>14kg·M/cm~2,ak(0℃)=10kg·M/cm~2,ak(-20℃)=6kg·M/cm~2,ak(-40℃)=3kg·M/Cm~2,且纵横向性能接近。
