本刊讯由于近期农药管理问题引起业界的较大关注,8月30日,记者先后与中国科学院、中国农业科学院、中国农业大学、全国农技推广中心以及天津市植保站等单位的植保专家座谈,就目前农药管理存在的问题进行了探讨。专家们一致认为,农作物病虫灾害严重影响我国粮食安全,但立法工作滞后,造成防控工作无法可依,农民防治病虫害的行为缺乏规范,乱用药现象较为普遍,迫切需要立法加以规范。
